RESULT: Cytoplasm, muscle and acidophilic granules stain red. Nuclei stain blue/black. Collagen, cartilage, mucin and bsophilic granules stain green. The upper section shows collagen stained green and muscle and keratin stained red. The lower micrograph shows collagen interspersed with fibroblasts.
