First bottled in 1994 Eldredge were first to release this blend in the Clare Valley. The blend is 40% Sauvignon Blanc & 60% Semillon and unwooded.
Pale to medium straw colour, with floral and herb bouquet with hints of tropical fruit. Palate is medium bodied with mouth watering fruit that is long lasting and complimented with a crisp acid finish.
An unwooded style that compliments all styles of cuisine, particularly seafood and Asian.

Blue Chip Shiraz 2007
First released in 1996, all Clare valley fruit. Dark brick red with purple hues. Spicy dark berry fruits with toasty vanillan oak. Exhibits rich sweet dark berry fruits which are enhanced by toasty fine grain tannins all combining to give a clean and inviting finish. A very approachable wine early in its existence that will only improve with age.

Sangiovese 2006
First released in 1998 this Italian grape has been blended with varying percentages of Cabernet to produce a super Tuscan style wine.
Colour exhibits deep cherry with crimson hues and the bouqet has lifted Glace cherry with slight savoury and soft French oak.
Palate shows sweet light berry fruits with good length and depth of flavour enhanced by soft spicy oak and fine grain tannins

Sangiovese Rose' 2008
The fruit was picked at optimum flavour level, crushed and pumped into an open stainless steel fermenter. The juice was left on the skins for eight hours to pick up colour and then run off into a tank where yeast was added to commence ferment. After a temperature controlled ferment of twelve days the wine was filtered and bottled.
Colour – a captive deep pink with bright magenta hues.
Aroma – lifted nuances of strawberries an glazed cherries with a hint of sugar and spice.
Palate – Initial fruit sweetness with berry fruit flavours that follow through with good acid and soft fine tannins, all integrated to deliver a crisp dry finish with length and depth.
Analysis – 14.5% alc., TA 7.2gms/l, pH 3.2, R.S. 5.7gms/l

Riesling 2009
First bottled in 1993 with fruit coming from a vineyard in Watervale until 2000, this is a classic Clare region Riesling. From 2001 to present day fruit has come from Eldredge vineyards in Spring Gully. Colour is pale straw with light green hues
Bouquet is elegant floral and citrus with a hint of lime and mineral.
Palate – exciting persistence and depth of varietal fruit flavours which are enhanced by a crisp dry finish
A style that can be enjoyed young and fresh or with cellaring becomes an indelible treasure.
This wine compliments all styles of cuisine especially seafood and white meats.
