Peak Season: Xmas School Holidays (mid-December to end January), weekly only, $1400 per week
High Season: 1st November to 31 March (outside Xmas School Holidays) - $200 per night or $1000 per week
Low Season: 1st April to 31st October - Same as above but weekly is only $800
Easter: Thursday to Monday $1000 for the 4 nights.
