Rileys Through the Red Centre

A Broad Plan of the Event

There is a planned starting point and a plan to meet up at various centres along the way in this journey of around 3 to 4 weeks. As to how participants get there, what they do along the way and where they source accommodation, fuel etc is entirely up to the participants. The Riley Motor Club of SA will provide as much information as it can to assist in this process.

The aim of the adventure is to enjoy a Riley holiday at a leisurely pace recognising that certain sections will require longer distances to be covered on some days than others because of the locations of fuel and accommodation.

The Start: Monday, 5 August 2013, in South Australia`s Barossa Valley. The National Rattle of Rileys, (the annual national gathering of Riley enthusiasts from all over Australia) will run in conjunction with this event for the first four days and conclude with the Presentation Dinner in Port Augusta on Thursday 8 August.)

The Finish         Around Friday, 30 August Darwin, Northern Territory

More details will follow as they become available.
