What does The Curry Club Believe In?

Every group, even a bunch of blokes eating curry and drinking beer, needs to have a basic set of shared principles.  And our shared principles are pretty basic.  This is what The Curry Club believes in:

Adoption (including inter-country adoption) is a legitimate way to form or add to a family.

Men grow into Fathers.  The support of mates is important to this developmental process.

Inter-Country Adoptive Fatherhood is a privilege which brings both joy and duty including:

Investing in the well being of our children, family and community; and

Assisting disadvantaged children and families in developing countries.

Good Fathers look after the best interests of their children : Great Fathers look after the best interests of all children.  We aspire to be Great Fathers.

The opinion and contribution of adoptive fathers within the adoption space is important and it can help Australia to mature in its understanding and approach to adoption.

Having a great time and a social conscience are not mutually exclusive concepts.

The quest for wisdom and a bloody good curry is a noble one.  Long live The Curry Club!
